Reddy Hotel Plainview, Plainview

The hotel is in a not-so-great location in Plainview, Texas and lacks cleanliness and appealing breakfast options. On the upside, the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and there's a bar on the first floor for convenience.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but there was an unusual smell probably from the air freshener. Unfortunately, the lack of proper cleaning during our stay and the presence of pet hair and fleas made two of my children sick. On the bright side, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisting us with directions and even reimbursing me for a night due to a change of plans. The location was convenient for our travels, although not ideal in Plainview, Texas. The dining experience left much to be desired with stale coffee and sogginess in the yogurt. However, the hotel had laundry facilities which were a plus.

On the bright side, there was a bar on-site, even though it had some cleanliness issues like a sticky floor and a surprising find of dirty underwear when reaching for toilet paper.
